HCI Equity Partners acquired Tech24, a national provider of installation, preventative maintenance and emergency repair services for foodservice and HVAC equipment, in June 2020. HCI plans to use Tech24 as a platform to pursue add-on acquisitions to build scale, geographic density and expanded service capabilities across the U.S.

Tech24 Acquires United Service Technologies

The acquisition expands Tech24's geographic footprint (adding locations in California, Texas and Nevada) and gives the platform entry into the grocery / supermarket end market; financial terms were not disclosed.

Allied, based in Jackson, Tennessee, provides repair, preventative maintenance and installation services to restaurants, grocery stores and institutions across Southwest Tennessee and Northern Mississippi, expanding Tech24's footprint in the Southeastern U.S.

The add-on expands Tech24’s technician coverage and healthcare capabilities in the New York City market and will enable further geographic growth and enhanced recruiting and service capacity for the combined platform.
