The transaction integrates Catelas' eComms analytics and group-mapping technology into ACA's holistic GRC platform to give financial services firms a single view of trading and communications surveillance risks.

The acquisition expands West's Government Solutions capabilities within its Safety Services segment by adding ECaTS' real-time analytics and BI platform for PSAPs and public-safety agencies across the United States.

MercuryGate Acquires Cheetah Software Systems

MercuryGate International acquired Cheetah Software Systems to extend its transportation management system (TMS) with last-mile, parcel, LTL and enhanced fleet management and dynamic routing capabilities. The deal integrates Cheetah's live, adaptive logistics optimization into MercuryGate's multi-modal TMS to provide real-time visibility and autonomous route re-optimization for shippers, carriers and private fleets. Terms were not disclosed.

Atos Acquires Eagle Creek Software Services

The deal represents a PE-to-PE/owner exit enabling CIVC to grow the CAD/additive services platform.
