Eyelit, a US-based provider of Manufacturing Execution (MES), Quality Management (QMS), and factory automation solutions, has acquired MESTEC, a Bracknell, United Kingdom-based cloud-native, multi-tenant MES/MOM SaaS vendor. The acquisition expands Eyelit's cloud MES capabilities and accelerates MESTEC's planned expansion into the Americas while supported by an investment from Banneker Partners.

Eyelit Technologies Acquires Adexa
