Eyelit Technologies, backed by private equity partner Banneker Partners, has acquired Adexa, a global provider of AI-driven supply chain and enterprise business planning solutions. The acquisition expands Eyelit's smart factory offering by integrating Adexa's planning, scheduling and real-time supply chain capabilities into Eyelit's MES and APS solutions; Adexa was advised by Marks Baughan on the transaction.
