Excel Impact, a Miami-based performance-driven customer acquisition firm, has acquired AgileRates, a Florida-based performance marketing startup focused on home and auto insurance lead generation. The deal expands Excel Impact's insurance vertical coverage by adding AgileRates' real-time lead marketplace and capabilities for driving consumers to carriers, agencies and agents.
