Vanta, the AI-powered trust management platform, has acquired Riskey to integrate its real-time third- and fourth-party risk monitoring technology into Vanta’s Vendor Risk Management (VRM) offering. The acquisition addes continuous, AI-driven risk intelligence and monitoring capabilities to Vanta’s VRM product, enabling customers to move from periodic assessments to continuous threat detection and remediation.
