Valeo Networks Acquires Verus Technology Solutions

Valeo Networks, a Rockledge, Florida-based managed security service provider (MSSP), has acquired Verus Technology Solutions, a San Rafael, California-based managed service provider (MSP). The acquisition expands Valeo's Bay Area presence and adds Verus's robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities; founder Christopher Reid will join Valeo to oversee integration. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wisk Aero Acquires Verocel Inc.

Wisk Aero has acquired Verocel Inc., a software verification and validation (V&V) firm that specializes in certification of high-integrity aerospace software. The acquisition brings over 50 specialized engineers and Verocel's qualified VeroTrace toolset into Wisk to accelerate certification of Wisk's Generation 6 autonomous eVTOL and provide enduring software-certification capability for the Boeing ecosystem.
