Wisk Aero, a wholly-owned Boeing subsidiary, announced that SkyGrid will become a subsidiary of Wisk to deepen collaboration on airspace integration and autonomy for advanced air mobility. SkyGrid will provide digital airspace integration, real-time situational awareness, and air traffic management automation capabilities to support Wisk's development and future operations of autonomous eVTOL aircraft.

Rockwell Automation Acquires Verve Industrial Protection

Rockwell Automation completed its acquisition of Verve Industrial Protection to expand its industrial cybersecurity offerings, integrating Verve's Verve Security Center into Rockwell's Lifecycle Services. The deal brings vendor-agnostic OT asset inventory and vulnerability management capabilities to Rockwell's customers and will be showcased at Rockwell's Automation Fair.

WHI Global (RVE Partners) Acquires Assets of Aero-Bond Corporation

WHI Global, a portfolio company of RVE Partners, has acquired the assets of Aero-Bond Corporation through affiliated vehicle Aerobond Composites, LLC. The acquisition brings composite fabrication capabilities (layup, compression molding, adhesive bonding, vulcanization) and AS9100/ISO 9001-certified capacity in Springfield, Massachusetts into WHI's aerospace manufacturing platform as part of RVE's buy-and-build strategy.

Cerberus Acquires Vivace International

An affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management has completed the full acquisition of Vivace International, a New Orleans–based maker of mission‑critical propulsion tanks and aerospace systems. Cerberus initially made a growth investment in 2024 and plans to scale Vivace's production capacity and advanced manufacturing capabilities to support an expanding portfolio of U.S. defense and spaceflight programs; retired Space Force Colonel and former NASA astronaut Michael Hopkins has joined Vivace as a Senior Advisor.

Volaris Group Acquires EASA Software

AMETEK Acquires Virtek Vision International

AMETEK, Inc. has acquired Virtek Vision International, a Waterloo, Ontario–based developer and manufacturer of laser-based projection and AI-driven inspection systems. The acquisition brings Virtek into AMETEK’s Electronic Instruments Group to complement its Creaform business and broaden automated 3D scanning, projection and inspection capabilities for aerospace, defense and industrial customers.
