Wisk Aero Acquires SkyGrid

Wisk Aero, a wholly-owned Boeing subsidiary, announced that SkyGrid will become a subsidiary of Wisk to deepen collaboration on airspace integration and autonomy for advanced air mobility. SkyGrid will provide digital airspace integration, real-time situational awareness, and air traffic management automation capabilities to support Wisk's development and future operations of autonomous eVTOL aircraft.
