The add-on expands Tiugo's developer-focused document and data management platform by adding enterprise-grade editing and collaborative capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

GrubMarket Acquires Butter to Add AI-Powered Ecommerce and Payments

GrubMarket has acquired San Francisco–based Butter, a four-year-old provider of AI-powered sales tools, cloud ERP and integrated payments for food distributors, for an undisclosed price. The acquisition will fold Butter’s AI-driven ecommerce and payment capabilities into GrubMarket’s WholesaleWare, GrubAssist AI and mobile commerce products to accelerate digital ordering and payment processing for restaurants, grocers and food wholesalers.
