The deal brings UD-Vet's team and product/service offering into IMV's Companion Animal business to consolidate and expand IMV's presence in the Benelux region.

The acquisition expands NewGen's assisted reproductive service capabilities and adds near‑term licensing revenue from MicroSort's existing license base across several countries.

BioIVT Acquires BeCytes Biotechnologies

Vizgen Acquires Ultivue (Merger to Form Combined Spatial Biology Company)

Vizgen and Ultivue have merged to create a single spatial biology company that combines Vizgen’s MERFISH single-cell spatial genomics platform with Ultivue’s InSituPlex assays and STARVUE proteomic/AI capabilities. Rob Carson (former CEO of Ultivue) will serve as President and CEO of the combined Vizgen, and the transaction was completed alongside Vizgen’s Series D financing backed by investors including ARCH Venture Partners, Northpond Ventures and Tao Capital Partners.

ICL Acquires Majority of Lavie Bio's Activities and Assets from Evogene

ICL Group Ltd. has completed the acquisition of the majority of activities and assets of Lavie Bio Ltd., Evogene's ag-biologicals subsidiary, including Lavie Bio's BDD technology platform, microbial bank, pipeline and current commercial products. Evogene also transferred its MicroBoost AI tech-engine for agriculture to ICL as part of the divestiture; Lavie Bio core personnel will move to ICL while certain strategic partnerships remain with Lavie Bio.
