SP Investor Holdings LLC, a vehicle jointly owned by OPTrust and Partners Group, acquired Unit Corporation's 50% interest in Superior Pipeline Company, resulting in SP Investor owning 100% of the business and rebranding it as Superior Midstream, LLC. The move consolidates ownership under the SP Investor group and positions the company to grow its natural gas gathering, processing, compression, and dehydration services.

The deal is an add-on to SPS PoolCare’s roll-up strategy in the Sun Belt and represents the company’s 25th acquisition in Greater Houston and its 114th investment in the pool industry.

PSC is a North American leader in product handling and site logistics for petrochemical, refining, midstream and marine transportation end markets, with 3,500+ employees operating across the U.S. and Canada; Aurora said it will provide capital to accelerate PSC’s growth as part of its Equity Partners V fund.

Dresser Utility Solutions Acquires Total Piping Solutions

The acquisition transfers TPS trademarks and patents (including TX3, Triple Tap, Quick Cam, and Ultra-Sleeve) to expand DPS’ product portfolio and distribution for water and wastewater markets in the U.S. and globally.
