ScanSource, Inc. has acquired Resourcive, a New York–based technology advisory firm that provides strategic IT sourcing and value-creation services to mid-market and enterprise clients. The acquisition, which closed on August 8, 2024 for an undisclosed sum, will be folded into a newly created ScanSource Channel Advisors business to expand ScanSource’s channel advisory capabilities and services.

Advantage Solutions Acquires Quantum Networks

Advantage Solutions has acquired Quantum Networks, a New York City–based e-commerce retailer and agency that represents more than 100 brands across major online marketplaces. The acquisition brings Quantum's Amazon/marketplace selling and brand-management capabilities into Advantage Digital Technology to expand Advantage's omnichannel e-commerce and digital services offering; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands INS's wireless, 5G and managed IoT capabilities and leverages Source Inc.'s Network Operations Center and regional U.S. presence to improve fulfillment and service delivery.

AppDirect Acquires vCom Solutions
