Ares Management and Leonard Green Acquire Press Ganey from EQT

Private equity funds managed by Leonard Green & Partners and affiliates of Ares Management, together with co-investors GIC, BCI and ADIA, have agreed to acquire Press Ganey from EQT VII. Press Ganey, a leading provider of patient experience, safety, quality and workforce engagement solutions for healthcare organizations, will continue its growth and product innovation under the new investor consortium; the deal closed in July 2019 and was announced in June 2019.
