Mars Equity Partners and affiliated Mars Energy Group (via platform NewGen Energy) have acquired K12 Energy (also referred to as K12 Solar), a El Dorado Hills, California provider of commercial solar solutions and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) financing for nonprofits, schools and small commercial customers. The deal integrates K12 into Mars Energy's portfolio to expand commercial solar capabilities and nonprofit/school PPA expertise as an add-on to the group's NewGen Energy platform.

Enphase Energy Acquires SolarLeadFactory LLC

Sunnova Acquires SunStreet, Lennar's Residential Solar Platform

Sunnova Energy International Inc. completed its acquisition of SunStreet Energy Group, Lennar Corporation’s residential solar platform and has been named Lennar’s exclusive solar and storage service provider for new-home communities across the United States. As part of the deal, Lennar committed to provide tax-equity investments to support Sunnova’s homebuilder customer pipeline, enabling Sunnova to scale installations and offer battery storage and other energy services to SunStreet customers.

Enphase Energy Acquires 365 Pronto, Inc.

AdaptHealth Acquires Solara Medical Supplies from Linden Capital Partners

AdaptHealth Corp. has agreed to acquire Solara Medical Supplies, LLC from Linden Capital Partners, adding the largest independent U.S. distributor of continuous glucose monitors and other diabetes supplies to AdaptHealth's in-home medical supplies platform. The transaction is being funded with a combination of debt and equity commitments (including investments from One Equity Partners and Deerfield Management) and will see Solara's CEO Steve Foreman join AdaptHealth's leadership team.
