MOBILTEX Data Ltd., an XPV Water Partners company, has acquired GCR Tech Limited, a UK manufacturer of field instruments for water network pressure management and leakage control. The deal brings GCRTech's edge-computing instrumentation together with MOBILTEX's IIoT, cloud and analytics capabilities to expand product offerings and accelerate growth into water utilities and energy markets.

SmartCover Systems Acquires Data Flow Systems

SmartCover Systems, a portfolio company of XPV Water Partners, has completed the acquisition of Data Flow Systems, a Melbourne, Florida provider of lift station monitoring, control and optimization solutions. The deal expands SmartCover's collection system optimization capabilities to include lift station control, creating a combined business with more than 20,000 deployed devices and service to over 850 North American customers.

Vessco Water Acquires Atlantic Fluid Technology

Vessco Water announced that Atlantic Fluid Technology (Northborough, Massachusetts) has joined the Vessco Water platform as an add-on acquisition. The deal expands Vessco's presence in New England's municipal and industrial water and wastewater markets and adds engineering, distribution, and field-service capabilities focused on valves, actuators, control panels and flow-control equipment.

Delta Water Products Acquires WaterTec Irrigation

The acquisition (Metron's first since partnering with XPV Water Partners in 2019) expands Metron's water-conservation analytics capabilities and accelerates deployment into strategic real-estate and commercial markets.
