Axius Water, the water-quality platform created by KKR Global Impact and XPV Water Partners, has acquired UK-based wastewater technology and services supplier ATAC Solutions Ltd. The acquisition strengthens Axius Water’s nutrient-removal and full-service wastewater capabilities in the United Kingdom and establishes ATAC as the platform’s UK base of operations.

Axius Water Acquires Triplepoint Environmental

Axius Water, a KKR-backed water treatment platform, has acquired Triplepoint Environmental, a Colorado-based supplier of wastewater lagoon systems for rural and municipal customers. The deal expands Axius Water's lagoon technology and nutrient-management capabilities and will keep Triplepoint operating under its existing brand from its Colorado headquarters.

Axius Water Acquires Aero-Mod

Axius Water, a KKR/XPV-backed nutrient management platform, has acquired Aero-Mod, a Manhattan, Kansas-based supplier of packaged mechanical and biological wastewater treatment systems. The add-on expands Axius's capability in low- to medium-flow nutrient removal solutions, including Aero-Mod's patented Sequox process and over 500 installations experience.

Alpine Investors' Axia Water Partners with Madera Pumps

Alpine Investors launched Axia Water, a dedicated water services vertical within its AlpineX platform, and announced an inaugural partnership with Madera Pumps, a California-based pump and well services provider. Under the agreement Madera Pumps will continue to operate independently while receiving capital, operational support and access to shared resources to scale its business; terms were not disclosed.

Aquatech Acquires Century Water

Axius Water Acquires S&N Airoflo, Inc.

Axius Water, a PE-backed provider of nutrient management solutions, has acquired S&N Airoflo, Inc., a Greenwood, Mississippi-based supplier of surface aeration systems. The add-on expands Axius's nutrient removal and lagoon/oxidation ditch aeration capabilities and brings energy-efficient floating brush rotor technology into its portfolio.
