Axius Water Acquires MITA Water Technologies

Axius Water has acquired MITA Water Technologies, a Siziano, Italy–based supplier of wastewater filtration and treatment systems. The deal, following a prior manufacturing partnership, expands Axius’s product portfolio and European footprint while allowing MITA to continue operating as part of the Axius platform backed by KKR’s Global Impact Fund and XPV Water Partners.

Axius Water Acquires Triplepoint Environmental

The deal expands Axius Water's lagoon technology and nutrient-management capabilities and will keep Triplepoint operating under its existing brand from its Colorado headquarters.

Axius Water, a KKR/XPV-backed nutrient management platform, has acquired Aero-Mod, a Manhattan, Kansas-based supplier of packaged mechanical and biological wastewater treatment systems. The add-on expands Axius's capability in low- to medium-flow nutrient removal solutions, including Aero-Mod's patented Sequox process and over 500 installations experience.

Aquatic Informatics is a water-focused software provider (serving more than 1,000 customers globally) whose data management and analytics capabilities will be integrated with Danaher’s Hach Claros offering to expand the platform’s hardware, software and services capabilities for municipal, environmental and industrial customers.
