Axius Water, the water-quality platform created by KKR Global Impact and XPV Water Partners, has acquired UK-based wastewater technology and services supplier ATAC Solutions Ltd. The acquisition strengthens Axius Water’s nutrient-removal and full-service wastewater capabilities in the United Kingdom and establishes ATAC as the platform’s UK base of operations.

Axius Water Acquires S&N Airoflo, Inc.

Axius Water, a PE-backed provider of nutrient management solutions, has acquired S&N Airoflo, Inc., a Greenwood, Mississippi-based supplier of surface aeration systems. The add-on expands Axius's nutrient removal and lagoon/oxidation ditch aeration capabilities and brings energy-efficient floating brush rotor technology into its portfolio.

Axius Water Acquires Triplepoint Environmental

The deal expands Axius Water's lagoon technology and nutrient-management capabilities and will keep Triplepoint operating under its existing brand from its Colorado headquarters.

Axius Water Acquires MITA Water Technologies

KKR and XPV Water Partners' Platform Acquires Environmental Dynamics International (EDI)

KKR and XPV Water Partners' water-quality platform has acquired Environmental Dynamics International (EDI) and will integrate EDI into platform company Nexom to expand nutrient-management and aeration capabilities. EDI, a Columbia, Missouri–based manufacturer of diffused aeration systems founded in 1975, will combine with Nexom under Nexom CEO Martin Hildebrand to broaden the platform's municipal and industrial wastewater offerings.

AxioAero Group Acquires Airway Aerospace LLC

AxioAero Group, a portfolio company of CORE Industrial Partners, has acquired Airway Aerospace LLC, an FAA-, EASA- and CAA UK-certified aircraft component repair station based in Doral, Florida. The add-on strengthens AxioAero's aerospace MRO platform by adding Airway's component repair capabilities and certifications, expanding service coverage across commercial, cargo, and defense aviation markets.
