Aquatech Acquires Century Water

Aquatech has acquired Singapore-based Century Water, a specialist in ultrapure process water and wastewater recycling for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing sectors. Century will become Aquatech's center of excellence for high‑tech industries and establish a strategic base in Singapore, strengthening Aquatech's capabilities in UPW technology, digital services and O&M/BOOT contracts across Asia.

Veolia Acquires CDPQ's 30% Stake in Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS)

Veolia has agreed to purchase CDPQ’s remaining 30% stake in its subsidiary Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS) for $1.75 billion, giving Veolia full ownership. The move is intended to simplify the Group structure, unlock ~€90m of run-rate cost synergies by 2027, and accelerate value creation and growth in water technologies, particularly in priority markets such as the United States, semiconductors and pharmaceuticals.

HKW said the acquisition will support Sepratech’s growth initiatives across marketing, sales and operations while maintaining the company’s regulatory, safety and environmental standards.
