Urbanimmersive Inc. completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of EGP Technovirtuel Inc. and Graphique ID Solutions Inc., plus the intangible assets of La Clique Mobile s.e.n.c., for an aggregate purchase price of CAD 3.03 million (cash and shares). The deal expands Urbanimmersive's real-estate photography services, adds a DSLR HDR trigger capture app and recurring subscription websites, and is presented as the first step in the company's accelerated growth plan to broaden service capabilities and accelerate adoption of its 3D tour SaaS solutions.

Fantasy 360 (Immersive Tech) to Acquire Synthesis VR Inc.

Fantasy 360 Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Immersive Tech), a portfolio company of Victory Square Technologies, signed a binding letter of intent to acquire all of the shares of Synthesis VR Inc. The deal (aggregate purchase price $4.8 million) combines Synthesis VR's location-based VR software, content store and ~300 operator customers with Fantasy 360's UNCONTAINED Immersive Entertainment Platform to accelerate platform and capability expansion in the LBVR market.

Cosm Acquires Immersive Video Provider C360

Los Angeles-based experiential media company Cosm has acquired Pittsburgh-based immersive video firm C360 to integrate C360’s cloud-based immersive video and camera/computer-vision technology into Cosm’s venues and broadcast offerings. Cosm was the lead investor in C360’s 2022 financing and says the acquisition will expand its linear production and distribution capabilities across sports, entertainment, education and attractions.
