Urbanimmersive Inc. acquired all outstanding shares of 8239991 Canada Inc. ("Immersolution"), a Canadian reseller of 3D and 360-degree cameras and immersive solutions. The purchase price totaled CAD 291,142 and the deal is intended to expand Urbanimmersive's product offering, distribution relationships and access to industrial and other end markets for immersive environments.

Fantasy 360 (Immersive Tech) to Acquire Synthesis VR Inc.

Fantasy 360 Technologies Inc. (d/b/a Immersive Tech), a portfolio company of Victory Square Technologies, signed a binding letter of intent to acquire all of the shares of Synthesis VR Inc. The deal (aggregate purchase price $4.8 million) combines Synthesis VR's location-based VR software, content store and ~300 operator customers with Fantasy 360's UNCONTAINED Immersive Entertainment Platform to accelerate platform and capability expansion in the LBVR market.

Experian Acquires KYC360

Experian has acquired KYC360, a UK/Ireland-focused RegTech firm offering KYC/KYB and customer lifecycle management solutions, to bolster its fraud and financial crime compliance capabilities. KYC360's onboarding, screening and perpetual monitoring tools will be integrated into Experian's Ascend platform to accelerate client onboarding and strengthen financial crime defenses.
