Black Diamond Group Limited agreed to acquire Royal Camp Services Ltd in a transaction announced September 22, 2025 (purchase consideration reported at $165 million) and closed in November 2025. Royal Camp, an Edmonton-based provider of remote workforce accommodations and catering to energy, mining and pipeline customers, was previously held by investors including WP Global Partners and HKW.

The acquired operations — which will form a new platform led by former IAP CEO Amanda Brownfield — will employ over 1,400 people, operate in 17 countries, and focus on contingency operations, global logistics, air traffic management and engineering/technology solutions.
