Centurion Group Acquires Blue Drop, RioView, Whitetail and BBB Remote Site Services

Aberdeen-based Centurion Group completed four strategic acquisitions in 2023 — Blue Drop Solutions Inc., RioView Industries Inc., Whitetail Energy Services Inc., and BBB Remote Site Services — to expand its operational footprint and service capabilities in water/wastewater, remote camp accommodations and rental services across Canada and Australia. The deals are complementary to Centurion's existing rental and services platform and are expected to increase 2023 Group revenue and EBITDA while strengthening presence in key energy, mining and infrastructure markets.

Centurion Group has acquired Kabin Hire, a Wales-based provider of portable accommodation and welfare units, and Rapid Camps, an Australian turnkey remote-camp operator headquartered in Fremantle. The acquisitions expand Centurion's geographic footprint and capabilities in temporary accommodation and infrastructure rental as the company increases its credit facility to $125 million to support further growth.

Black Diamond Acquires Assets and Subsidiaries of IAP Worldwide Services

Black Diamond Capital Management and certain affiliates have acquired certain assets and operational subsidiaries of IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. The acquired operations — which will form a new platform led by former IAP CEO Amanda Brownfield — will employ over 1,400 people, operate in 17 countries, and focus on contingency operations, global logistics, air traffic management and engineering/technology solutions.

High Arctic Energy Services Acquires Delta Rental Services Ltd.

High Arctic Energy Services Inc. (TSX: HWO) has closed the acquisition of Delta Rental Services Ltd., a Red Deer, Alberta-based oilfield equipment rental company, for aggregate consideration of $7 million subject to earn-out provisions. The deal expands High Arctic's Canadian rentals footprint, brings Delta's assets, personnel and contracts into its operations, and is expected to materially increase Canadian revenues and provide operational synergies.

Camping World Acquires Travelcamp RV (12 Stores)

Camping World Holdings, Inc. announced it will acquire Travelcamp RV, adding 12 dealership locations across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. The locations are expected to transition to Camping World within 90 days, expanding the company's footprint and inventory of Thor and Forest River products as part of its plan to grow dealership count to over 320 locations.

Camping World Acquires Big Daddy RV's in London, Kentucky

The location (325 County Farm Road) will transition to the Camping World brand upon closing as the company expands its dealership footprint in Kentucky to better service customers.
