The Colt Group Acquires Plant Services, Inc.

The Colt Group, a Houston-based provider of on-line industrial leak repair solutions backed by Capstreet, has acquired Plant Services, Inc. (PSI), a Worden, Montana-based specialist in on-line leak repair, hot tapping, line stopping and field machining, expanding Colt's footprint across the Rocky Mountain region. Terms were not disclosed; NXT Capital provided financing in support of Capstreet's add-on acquisition and refinancing of The Colt Group.

HEPACO Acquires Summit Field Services Division from Summit Environmental Services

High Street Insurance Partners Acquires Trust Shield, Ken Bleeker Agency and Gates-Cole Associates

Huron Capital's insurance brokerage platform, High Street Insurance Partners, has acquired three agencies: Trust Shield Insurance Group (Schoolcraft, MI), Ken Bleeker Insurance Agency (Martin, MI), and Gates-Cole Associates (New Hartford, NY). The add-on deals expand High Street's footprint in West Michigan and mark entry into New York; financial terms were not disclosed and leadership at the acquired agencies will remain active in their roles.

Proofpoint, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hornetsecurity Group, a Hanover-based provider of AI-powered Microsoft 365 security, data protection, compliance, and security awareness solutions. The acquisition (expected to close in H2 2025) expands Proofpoint's reach into the MSP channel and SMB market and brings Hornetsecurity's ~$160–200M ARR business and large MSP partner ecosystem into Proofpoint's platform.
