Inktavo and OrderMyGear Merge to Create Integrated Branded-Merchandise Software Platform

Inktavo (the parent of Printavo, InkSoft, GraphicsFlow, SignTracker, and Clarity) and OrderMyGear (OMG) have merged to combine their shop management, e-commerce, production, and data capabilities into a single, integrated platform for branded merchandise businesses. The combined company will continue to operate existing product lines and retain backing from investors including PSG, Blue Star Innovation Partners, and Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE).

Print ePS Acquires Avanti Systems from Ricoh

The acquisition (completed 2 June) brings Avanti's workflow automation and cloud-based MIS capabilities and its ~45 employees into Print ePS to strengthen its midmarket print offering and expand its global technology portfolio.

Inktavo Acquires SignTracker
