Print ePS Acquires Avanti Systems from Ricoh

Print ePS, the print operating unit of eProductivity Software, has acquired Canadian print MIS provider Avanti Systems from Ricoh. The acquisition (completed 2 June) brings Avanti's workflow automation and cloud-based MIS capabilities and its ~45 employees into Print ePS to strengthen its midmarket print offering and expand its global technology portfolio.
