Accenture has completed the acquisition of Navisite, a cloud-focused digital transformation and managed services provider, from Madison Dearborn Partners. The deal adds approximately 1,500 people and strengthens Accenture's application and infrastructure managed services and cloud engineering capabilities to help clients accelerate cloud transformations.

Accenture Acquires Nextira

Accenture has acquired Nextira, an AWS Premier Partner based in Austin, Texas, whose ~70 employees will join the Accenture AWS Business Group. The acquisition strengthens Accenture Cloud First's engineering capabilities in cloud-native development, AI and machine learning, data analytics and 3D/media rendering solutions, with a stated focus on media and entertainment clients. Terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires TalentSprint from NSE Academy Ltd.

Accenture has acquired TalentSprint, a Hyderabad-based deep tech education provider, from NSE Academy Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. The ~210-person business will join Accenture LearnVantage to bolster the unit's upskilling, bootcamp and certification capabilities for enterprises, governments and academic partners.

MediaSense Acquires R3

Independent global media advisor MediaSense has acquired creative and media advisory specialist R3 in an add-on deal that expands MediaSense’s marketing operations and creative advisory capabilities and accelerates its footprint in North America and Asia. The acquisition follows Apiary Capital’s earlier stake in MediaSense and will see R3’s co-founders join MediaSense’s executive leadership while both brands continue to operate under their existing names.
