Pleasanton, California-based Sensiba LLP has acquired AssuranceLab Pty. Ltd., an Australia-headquartered cybersecurity audit and risk assurance firm with operations across the Americas, APAC and EMEA. The deal expands Sensiba’s international footprint and strengthens its security, privacy and compliance capabilities, while bringing AssuranceLab’s tech-forward audit programs into Sensiba’s platform.
