Vision Healthcare has acquired 100% of Vitamaze GmbH, a Heidelberg-based e-commerce seller of vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements that primarily sells via Amazon marketplaces and e-pharma channels. The acquisition is an add-on to Vision Healthcare’s pan‑European D2C platform to strengthen its Amazon and e‑pharmacy capabilities and accelerate growth across Southern Europe.

The add-on deals (New Care closed June 2025; Svenskt closed July 2025) strengthen Vision’s presence in the Netherlands and the Nordics and expand its D2C product offering and pan‑European distribution and digital capabilities; terms were not disclosed.

Visibly Acquires Lensabl

Chicago-based digital vision care provider Visibly has acquired Lensabl, a Los Angeles-based tech-enabled optical e-commerce and vision benefits platform. The deal will integrate Lensabl’s direct-to-consumer retail capabilities, white-label shop-in-shop technology and Lensabl+ vision plan offering into Visibly’s telehealth platform to expand its retail and B2B offerings and broaden access to vision care.

Hilco Vision Acquires Simovision BV

Hilco Vision, a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, acquired Belgium- and Netherlands-based Simovision BV effective November 17, 2021; terms were not disclosed. Simovision is a distributor of ophthalmic consumables and equipment serving hospitals, clinics, surgeons and opticians across the Benelux and will remain based in Overijse with founder Marc Simonet and his team continuing with the business.

The deal expands Sensiba’s international footprint and strengthens its security, privacy and compliance capabilities, while bringing AssuranceLab’s tech-forward audit programs into Sensiba’s platform.
