Vision Healthcare Acquires Sensilab

Vision Healthcare has agreed to acquire 100% of Sensilab d.o.o., a Ljubljana-headquartered direct-to-consumer house of consumer health brands (including Sensilab, SlimJoy, Tummy Tox and PowGen). Sensilab reported approximately €44m in net sales in 2020 and operates in-house manufacturing; the add-on strengthens Vision Healthcare’s pan‑European D2C vitamins, supplements and beauty platform and pushes group revenue above €200m.

Vision Innovation Partners Acquires See Clearly Vision

Vision Innovation Partners, a PE-backed eye care platform, has acquired See Clearly Vision, an ophthalmology practice with locations in Tysons Corner and Arlington, Virginia. The add-on expands Vision Innovation Partners' Mid-Atlantic footprint (bringing its platform to 60 practice locations and 10 surgery centers) and is backed by Centre Partners.

Bausch + Lomb Acquires Elios Vision

Bausch + Lomb Corporation (through an affiliate) has acquired Elios Vision, Inc., developer of the ELIOS excimer-laser MIGS system, expanding Bausch + Lomb's glaucoma surgical capabilities and complementing its cataract surgery portfolio. The ELIOS technology, currently CE marked and marketed in the EU, is undergoing pursuit of FDA approval and will be commercialized more broadly through Bausch + Lomb's global cataract surgery channels.

Unifeye Vision Partners Acquires Insight Vision Group

Lincoln Road Advisors Acquires Refac Holdings (U.S. Vision)
