Bausch + Lomb Acquires Elios Vision

Bausch + Lomb Corporation (through an affiliate) has acquired Elios Vision, Inc., developer of the ELIOS excimer-laser MIGS system, expanding Bausch + Lomb's glaucoma surgical capabilities and complementing its cataract surgery portfolio. The ELIOS technology, currently CE marked and marketed in the EU, is undergoing pursuit of FDA approval and will be commercialized more broadly through Bausch + Lomb's global cataract surgery channels.
