ParkHub and JustPark have agreed to combine their businesses to create an end-to-end parking software and payments platform serving North America and the United Kingdom. ParkHub secured a strategic growth investment led by FTV Capital with participation from existing investor LLR Partners to accelerate product and geographic expansion and integrate JustPark's reservations marketplace with ParkHub's payments and analytics capabilities.
