ZenaTech Acquires Holt Surveying & Mapping, Andrew Spiewak Land Surveyor and Halifax Window Washing Firm

ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) completed three strategic Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) acquisitions: Holt Surveying & Mapping, Inc. (Spokane, Washington), Andrew Spiewak Land Surveyor, Inc. (Chicago, Illinois), and a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based commercial window washing company. The deals expand ZenaTech's DaaS footprint across the U.S. and mark its first Canadian acquisition, broadening service capabilities in surveying, inspection, maintenance and drone-based cleaning services.
