ZoomerMedia Limited (TSXV: ZUM) completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of The Peak Media Collective Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of $5.0 million (consisting of $3.5 million cash and a $1.5 million promissory note). The deal expands ZoomerMedia's digital publishing roster and audience reach by adding The Peak's newsletters, podcasts, and social platforms aimed at modern Canadian business leaders.
