H&MV Engineering Acquires Cooke Power Services

H&MV Engineering, a PE-backed high-voltage electrical engineering and construction firm, has acquired Cooke Power Services of Amarillo, Texas to accelerate its U.S. expansion. The acquisition strengthens H&MV’s local delivery in the Midwest and Southwest for data centre, renewables (BESS) and utility projects while retaining Cooke’s local leadership and workforce.
