Blackstone (through Tactical Opportunities and affiliated funds) has made a minority structured growth equity investment in Salas O’Brien, an employee-owned engineering and technical services firm headquartered in Irvine, California. The investment will support Salas O’Brien’s continued expansion in the AEC market — enhancing talent, technology resources, and capability to serve decarbonization, energy transition and critical infrastructure projects; Caltius Structured Capital will remain a minority investor alongside Blackstone.
