Portland Bolt Acquires Applied Bolting Technology

Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Co., LLC has acquired Applied Bolting Technology, a Bellows Falls, Vermont-based manufacturer of Direct Tension Indicating washers (DTIs). The acquisition expands Portland Bolt’s domestic manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint while keeping Applied Bolting’s leadership and operations in Vermont; G2 Capital Advisors served as exclusive buy-side advisor.

The deal adds galvanizing capacity and broadened product offerings while Southern Anchor Bolt's president, Leslie Yanizeski, will continue to manage daily operations to support continuity and customer service.

The add-on acquisition expands LSG's manufacturing capabilities and product offering to better serve distributor customers across North America; Lincoln International acted as exclusive financial advisor to Big Bolt.
