ECI Software Solutions has acquired BOLT Software and will integrate it into ECI’s Residential Home Construction Group to expand offerings for subcontractors in new home construction. The deal closed on October 2 (terms not disclosed); ECI said it will invest in product development, go-to-market and customer success to accelerate BOLT’s growth.

Portland Bolt Acquires Bennett Bolt Works

Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Co., LLC has acquired Bennett Bolt Works, a Jordan, New York-based manufacturer of bolts and fasteners for highway guardrail systems, bridge construction, and overhead sign structures. The deal expands Portland Bolt's manufacturing capabilities and regional presence while retaining the existing Bennett Bolt Works team and operations under the name Portland Bolt Northeast.

CloudBolt Software Acquires SovLabs

LindFast Solutions Group (Nautic Partners) Acquires Big Bolt

Performant Capital Acquires Bolt On Technology and Integrates It with MyShopManager and Unotifi

Performant Capital has acquired Bolt On Technology and will integrate it with existing portfolio companies MyShopManager and Unotifi to create a combined cloud-based SaaS platform serving automotive repair centers. Bolt On founder and CEO Michael Risich will serve as CEO of the combined businesses, which together serve more than 7,500 customers across franchise dealerships and independent auto service centers.

Bolt Acquires Danish Ride-hailing Company Viggo

Tallinn-based shared mobility platform Bolt has acquired Copenhagen-based electric ride-hailing operator Viggo for an undisclosed sum. The deal marks Bolt's first-ever acquisition and expands its ride-hailing operations into Denmark while adding Viggo's fully electric fleet and local driver network.
