Bolt Acquires Tipser

DoorDash Acquires Wolt

DoorDash has agreed to acquire Helsinki-based food delivery platform Wolt in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately EUR 7 billion, subject to regulatory approval. As part of the deal, EQT Ventures and EQT Growth will exit their holdings in Wolt and receive DoorDash shares. Wolt operates in 23 countries, employs over 4,000 people, and the acquisition significantly expands DoorDash's international presence and last-mile logistics footprint.

Oaklyn Consulting advised BOLT's founders on strategic alternatives and initiated the transaction to provide founder liquidity and succession.

Allshares Acquires Bolago

NetNordic Group Acquires Bolero AB

NetNordic Group, majority owned by Norvestor, has acquired Bolero AB, a Swedish provider of cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, network and data centre services. The add-on deal expands NetNordic's competence and capacity in Sweden; Bolero (80 employees, SEK 270 million revenue last fiscal year) will have its management shareholders reinvesting and continue to operate within the NetNordic platform.
