Bolt has acquired Swedish embedded-commerce provider Tipser and used the integration to launch its Remote Checkout product. The deal combines Tipser’s publisher-focused, headless commerce technology with Bolt’s one‑click account and checkout network to enable native, point-of-discovery purchases across publishers and social channels.
