Performant Capital has acquired Bolt On Technology and will integrate it with existing portfolio companies MyShopManager and Unotifi to create a combined cloud-based SaaS platform serving automotive repair centers. Bolt On founder and CEO Michael Risich will serve as CEO of the combined businesses, which together serve more than 7,500 customers across franchise dealerships and independent auto service centers.
