Performant Capital has formed Dealer Holdings, a SaaS platform serving the automotive repair and dealer service markets, through the simultaneous acquisitions of MyShopManager and uNotifi. RF Investment Partners provided first-lien debt and equity to support the transactions and integration as Performant builds a leading marketing automation and CRM platform for auto service centers.
