Mirantis has acquired Shipa, a Santa Clara-based application-as-code platform, to integrate automated application discovery, observability, security, and operations into the Lens Kubernetes platform. The Shipa team will join Mirantis and its technology will be integrated into Lens Desktop and Mirantis Kubernetes Engine to extend management beyond containers to application-level intelligence.
