Blackstone Acquires Sphera from Genstar Capital

Blackstone's private equity funds agreed to acquire Sphera, a provider of ESG-focused SaaS, data and consulting services, from Genstar Capital in a transaction valuing the company at approximately $1.4 billion. OnShift Acquires Avesta Systems

The purchase integrates Avesta's recruiting-to-onboarding solution (now OnShift Employ) into OnShift's platform to expand recruiting capabilities, accelerate time-to-hire, and deepen OnShift's footprint in the EMS market.

Exiger Acquires Supply Dynamics

Zscaler Acquires ShiftRight

Zscaler, Inc. completed the acquisition of ShiftRight, a startup specializing in closed-loop security workflow automation, and is integrating ShiftRight's technology into the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform. The deal (closed in Zscaler's fiscal Q4 ended July 31, 2022) will automate security management, reduce incident resolution time and provide greater visibility into customers' security posture; terms were not disclosed.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires Supply Vision
