An investor group led by Route 2 Capital Partners and Alturus Capital (through a newly formed vehicle, Reliance Aircraft International, LLC, alongside Andrew Cohen and Terry Hix) completed a strategic investment in Reliance Aircraft International, Inc. The capital will support RAI's aftermarket commercial and military airframe/engine parts platform, enabling asset purchases, expansion into new product lines, and potential add-on acquisitions; RAI will remain headquartered in Austin, Texas and be managed by Terry Hix and Andrew Cohen.

Exchange Income Corporation Acquires Crew Training International

Unifi Aviation Acquires Up & Away Aviation Detailing

Unifi Aviation, part of the Argenbright Group, has acquired Up & Away, a UK-based aircraft services and private jet detailing business founded in 2008. The acquisition marks Unifi's entry into the UK market as it aims to grow UK revenues to more than $120 million over the next three years; Up & Away's founder Stefan Murphy will become Unifi's UK Managing Director.

ACR Group Acquires FreeFlight Systems

Flexjet Acquires Constant Aviation

Flexjet has acquired Constant Aviation, an aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) provider, and will integrate Constant's facilities and AOG mobile response network into its operations. The acquisition expands Flexjet's in-house maintenance capabilities and footprint (including Cleveland and Orlando facilities), supports fleet growth and adds rotorcraft and UAS MRO capabilities.
