(OTC: USDR) completed its acquisition of Duke Robotics, Inc., with Duke Robotics becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary after a share exchange that issued Duke shareholders stock representing 71% of the post-transaction capitalization. The combined company will focus on Duke Robotics' military UAS technology (TIKAD) and Duke's management and board now hold key leadership positions in the combined business.

AeroVironment Acquires Tomahawk Robotics

AeroVironment, Inc. has agreed to acquire 100% of Tomahawk Robotics for $120 million in a mix of cash and stock. The acquisition brings Tomahawk's AI-enabled Kinesis common control system into AeroVironment's small UAS business unit to deepen interoperability, accelerate AI/autonomy adoption, and expand the combined offering to military and allied customers while retaining Tomahawk's Florida workforce and facilities.
