IPS-Integrated Project Services (a subsidiary of Alleghany Capital Corporation) has acquired Linesight, a Dublin-headquartered multinational consultancy with roughly 900 employees. The transaction combines IPS's engineering, construction management and compliance capabilities with Linesight's project controls and cost/schedule expertise to expand capabilities and geographic reach—particularly across data centers and life sciences sectors.
