SightLine Applications, a developer of sensor processing software backed by Artemis Capital Partners, has acquired Australia-based Athena AI, a specialist in AI-enabled computer vision and decision support for defense applications. The acquisition integrates Athena AI's edge-capable vision models into SightLine's image processing platform, expanding SightLine's product capabilities and presence in Australia to better serve U.S. and allied defense customers.
