Transact Acquires Hangry

Transact, a provider of campus payment and mobile credential solutions, has acquired Hangry, a Toronto-based mobile ordering and loyalty platform for higher education. The deal will integrate Hangry's mobile-first ordering, loyalty and marketing capabilities into Transact's campus commerce ecosystem to expand product functionality and improve the student experience; financial terms were not disclosed.
