Yuga Labs has acquired PROOF, bringing the PROOF Collective, Moonbirds, Oddities, Mythics, and Grails exhibition series and the PROOF team and IP into the Yuga ecosystem. Kevin Rose will transition to an advisory role while several PROOF team members (including Josh Ong, Jesse Bryan, and Amanda Gadbow) move to Yuga; Yuga plans to integrate Moonbirds into its Otherside metaverse and expand its digital art and community capabilities.

Pattern Brands, a New York–based portfolio of direct-to-consumer home and lifestyle brands, raised $25M in a Series B and used the capital to acquire stationery/home-goods brand Poketo and tabletop/apothecary brand YIELD. The acquisitions expand Pattern Brands’ portfolio and give the platform additional DTC and retail-ready consumer brands to scale using its shared operations and e-commerce infrastructure.

Figma Acquires Weavy to Launch Figma Weave

Figma has acquired Weavy, a Tel Aviv–based AI-powered image and video generation startup, to create a new product line called Figma Weave. The ~20-person Weavy team will join Figma and continue operating independently in the near term as the company integrates Weavy’s generative media and editing capabilities into Figma’s design ecosystem; financial terms were not disclosed.

Wenneker Group Acquires Peek Creative Studios

The acquisition brings together KnoWEwell's regenerative whole-health digital hub with Natural Awakenings' print and franchise network (46 U.S. territories, ~1.3M monthly readers) to create an integrated digital and print leader in whole-health and sustainable living content; terms were not disclosed.
